Buyer returned item after case was closed

Buyer said item was missing pieces and not as described. I asked what was missing? Never responded. So, I opened a case against them saying they haven't gotten back with me. Well, Ebay ruled in the buyer's favor. But buyer took longer than the 5 days to return but still printed the return label and sent the item back. 

However, the case has been closed by Ebay. Now I have an item back but there is no return button in the listing of the case because Ebay closed the case. Buyer didn't send back within timeframe. 

What do I do? Also, after inspecting the item, the parts are there and the listing was accurate. 

I have tried to find links to find out what I do but there is no way to contact Ebay about this matter.

well you should have call them to close the case in YOUR favor after the 5 days... if the return said and had a time the buyer had to return it..then you call and they verify it was not returned...

but now it closed in their favor?...well they do also give some etra time to buyer..so you can call and state your case, but you'll lose..probably... and you do have your item to sell again...so in all...you still can do ok..even not if it wasn't exactly perfectly done.

You don't have to do anything as far as eBay is concerned since the request was closed in your favor. You can refund the item price only less the shipping cost & FVF. Or you can do nothing until you hear from the buyer.
