It has been the experience of those posting here that following these steps and eBay will issue you a courtesy refund.

As a Top Rated Seller offering 30-Day Returns, you have the power to reduce the amount of the refund by up to as much as 50%. Doesn't make you whole, but lessens the sting. Sorry this happened to you.

It wasn't fraud they just never bothered to re-wrap it properly and it all got broke up in the mail, there is no insurance on the return labels for ebay.

OK, thought they had pulled a fast one, not tossed it in a box to get broken in transit.

That’s what I thought

UPDATE: I did get a hold of someone from ebay via facebook she had me send pictures to her, will see what happens.

Why isn't there any insurance on return labels? I'm assuming you originally shipped to the buyer with insurance.

You need to report to ebay that the item she returned is not the one you sent her.

Ebay does not include insurance on return labels I have no idea why.

UPDATE:
After sending pictures to ebay they allowed me to deduct 50% from the buyer which was fair cause it was 2 out of 4 glasses that were broken. Case has been closed in my favor. Thanks to eBay for their quick response.

Glad this worked out for you and thanks for the update!

I'm glad things worked out for you. Buyers are still required to be sure a returned item is packed properly. Your buyer did that on purpose, no one with any common sense just tosses glass into a box. It's a miracle all weren't destroyed! It can be endanger the one opening a package filled with broken glass. One could be cut simply lifting the flaps and opening the box.
