Any recourse when buyer wants return because its not as its described? Buyer used keychain for 3 weeks ruined it and then wants to return stating it did not match the pictures.
I tried to speak with buyer who goes by his furry name "Flame Tigersnow". Looked up real name and he is convicted felon for drug trafficking and witness tampering. When we exchanged messages in which I addressed him by his real name so he left a bad feedback saying I was disrespectful.
Ebay forced the return and item came back damaged and used. I can't even leave a counter feedback. I have never had any problems for years . Thanks for not having my back eBay!

If buyer request return as not as described, you are obligated to refund in full with or without a return. It is eBay's "Money Back Guarantee" to the buyer. Only buyer's remorse returns can be denied (ie. don't like, didn't fit, changed mind, saw it cheaper, etc). There's no getting out of not as described return requests by denying it.
You can report the buyer for abusing MBG and block them.

On Ebay they have 30 days to file a claim and 180 days on Pay Pal.
When they file an INAD, not much you can do but accept the return and pay return shipping or just refund and let them keep it.

You can reply calmly and factually to his neg. feedback. Something like "Used for 3 weeks, broke, & file bogus claim". Go to "Reply to received Feedback" on the bottom of you feedback page.

Ebay never has sellers back. Buyers can return anything for any reason. Buyers are always right. It's scam zone territory.

I agree with the other posts, however, I want to add on something that may be worth a try. Do you have any evidence that your buyer tampered with the item or modified it? If so, they lost their MBG and calling eBay up may work.

Yes he sent me picture of key chain being used. My problem with the situation is ebay had photo proof of item being used, If he wanted to return it it should be in the same condition he received.

Exactly, he lost his MBG. Call eBay and explain this to him.
