Sorry trying to post from a phone and couldn't seem to add more than one pic at a time. When I tried to add text it said my "Edit time expired" and I can't seem to delete post.
Buyer says I sent wrong item and is requesting a refund. Top pic is one they sent me proving I sent them the correct item as pictured and described.
They say I sent wrong item, they don't like the scent, cannot use it and want their money back. It was only $13.88.
Seems like buyer's remorse to me...Do I fight it? Do I refund $13.88 and eat the cost of shipping to them? Do I just refund the item cme...Do I give a full refund and have them toss the item or offer full refund plus return shipping?

What you do depends of 1) IF they file a case with eBay and 2) What kind of case they file with eBay.
If they file a case and select a reason such as 'didn't like' then the buyer pays return shipping. If they file a case and use one of the reasons that falls under "Item not as described" (INAD) then you are required to pay for return shipping or just issue a full refund.
Many will come on here and assume the buyer is trying to rip you off. Only you can determine that and it involves some level of judgement or speculation. A key might be if the buyer asks for a partial refund.
One way to handle this IF they do not file a case is to ask them to ship it back to you and you will give a full refund on receipt. *** Mention that they need to send it tracked and supply you with the tracking number. That way you loss is limited to part of the PP fee and original shipping fee.
Look, when you get a request for a return it is never wise to "fight it" as you could violated eBay policy and/or it is bad business. Point is that in a return situation, you are going to lose money. Which rout you take determines how large is your loss and whether you have something to resell?
Hope this makes sense?
**** one caveat - eBay strongly suggests that all returns be handled through there resolution center so they can monitor them and provide assistance. I have done returns privately ( with a compliant buyer) , issued a refund through PP and requested a return of FVF from eBay. But that said, that is not the eBay 'recommended' method.

Thanks for your response. It makes sense. I don't think the buyer is trying to rip me off I just don't think they read description or viewed all pics.
The perfume "DKNY Be Delicious" product line has several different scents maybe they didn't realize that, I'm not sure.
They went through eBay and I got a "return requested" notification on the eBay app with the reason "wrong item sent" stating "You sent me the wrong item. you sent the Be Delicious Fresh Blossom . see pictures. I would like my money back. I do not like this fragrance at all and can t use it!"
The item was as described and as pictured so while I hate to cave out of principle I'm thinking it might be the best option as the used perfume was given to me free of charge so I'd only be out the postage & supplies...about $5.75 if I issue a full refund.
I don't think it's worth paying return shipping and all that on an item that sold for $7.89 + shipping. Not to mention the possible headache and negative feedback possibility if they don't like my response.
