Buyer bought item 2 dsys ago,I shipped it and yesterday buyer openef request to return the item because he changed his mind. I told that this is impossible and that I cant stop the delivery anymore. Also I told him that he should have cancelled order before I shipped.
As this is my first problem here, can someone with more experience help me what to do now?
If I decline request it will affect negative to my seller reputstion or what? Thanks for you help

I am still learning and others will know what to do but I will tell you that the fact that he has stated that he changed his mind might keep him from being able to file a SNAD and you getting stuck being responsible for paying for him to return it.
It is now a remorse return. I think if you go ahead and tell him to send it back when he gets it, you will accept the return. That will make it easier.
Pure and simple he bought something he doesn't want any more. I know it is a pain to deal with but just deal with it and move on.
Tell him not to open it. That way he can't file a snad or say it isn't what he ordered.
Like I said... others will know the right procedure. Hope it turns out well!

Also I wrote in listing that returns are not acceptable.
It is really not ok if he bought item and then request return when item is still in delivery.
He should have cancelled before I shipped it.

You are correct. My suggestion is to not go back and forth with this buyer. It is pointless. He bought it. He can keep it. Save all messages between you and buyers especially when an issue arises. If he leaves unwarranted feedback (sounds like it would be in your situation) ebay will remove it. Personally I would carry on with my business and not get caught up with this buyer. Let him deal with ebay and see how far he gets.

I thought he had already filed a return.

Buyer closed request for return.
Now I can only wait if he will give negative feedback or something

I have a question of protocol for this situation. Let’s just say hypothetically that the buyer gets his item, opens it and find that it is SNAD. Now that the buyer has already opened a return and closed it, would they be able to re-open a return on this item since they have already opened and closed a return on this item.
I am just curious about this.
