I sold a bike for local pick-up. My schedule did not align with the buyer's availability (over the holidays--he was gone, I was gone) and he came quite rude over the course of communication. He had me call a friend of his to arrange a pick-up instead--and she flat out refused to pick-up the bike. I have been emailing the seller for over the past 10 days asking when he can come to pick up the bike--and no response. Today I got a message saying that he wants me to deliver the bike to another city--not local. I responded saying it was for local pick-up only. He said I was violating the terms and wants a refund and berated me for not delivering to his city–-2 hours away. It clearly stated local PICK-UP. How do I cancel the sale and refund his money? Tired of dealing with this buyer.

Go to your Paypal account, find the order and refund the buyer.

Go to your ORDERS > Paid & ready to ship
Click on the drop-down and select to CANCEL - problem with buyer's address.
