Buyer paid for USPS Parcel Select Ground but it isn't a selection to print out label

I had some items for sale in irregular boxes and I listed the shipping as USPS Parcel Select Ground, which was given as an option.  The buyer paid for the shipping and when I went on the page to print out the label, all the info was there under customized packaging, the weight and measurements of the box, but there is no option to select USPS Parcel Select Ground.  Instead of PSG being the first thing to select, Priority Flat Rate Envelope is there and I did scroll down and click on view all services.  This has happened twice this week.  What do I do?

They have removed Parcel Select Ground because of slow shipping.

You can ship using Priority Mail or buy a Parcel Select Ground label on Pay Pal.
