So I sold an iPhone 6. It was stated in the listing description that Touch ID doesn't work, the Silent Switch needed to be replaced, and the Charging port needed to be replaced as well.
It sold for $70. I paid the shipping and sent it to the customer. After the customer received the item, he opened a return request case against me claiming "Ordered by Mistake!". What options do I have here? Am I obligated to accept this return even though my listing clearly states "No Returns"?
eBay did give me the option to decline the return. But I do not want to decline it and eBay rules in the buyers favor and I'm out the phone and my money. What should I do in this instance? I'm not a big seller, so please spare me with the "cost of doing business" theory. I'm just trying to not get screwed. I know buyer is always right, but there has to be a way for me to handle this and not get totally effed over.
How do I know the customer is going to send me the correct item back if I was to let's say accept the return? What if if was damaged or not in the same condition I sent it to him?
Would I lose if I decline this return, or would I win? Appreciate any all advice. Thanks.

Wait for someone that is more knowledgeable but I believe “ ordered by mistake is a remorse return and you don’t have to accept. Wait until someone verifies. No returns does not mean no refunds.

Read carefully.
Ordered by mistake is a buyer's remorse return. Since you are a no returns seller, you can deny the return and Ebay will close the claim in your favor.
That does NOT mean you are clear. The buyer can then go to Paypal and file a claim, and you will be required to accept the return. You'll have no choice. If you don't, Paypal will refund the money and the buyer will keep the phone without a return.
The buyer can also go to their credit card, who will most likely not require a return. You will be forced to refund the money, you will lose the phone and you will also get charged a $20 chargeback fee on top of it all.
Pick your battles carefully. I would advise accepting the return. The buyer may not return it when they realize they have to pay for return shipping. If they do return it, refund in full when you get it back.

If you decline the return you are open to negative feedback.
Ordered by mistake means buyer pays return shipping.
You get the phone back to sell again and are only out that original shipping.

With PayPal however, they do have what is or is not considered Significantly Not As Described. If the buyer lets on in the dispute that they bought by mistake, then you escalate, and PayPal could deny the claim, granted that the seller sent what the buyer ordered as described.
What’s not covered with PayPal Purchase Protection
If PayPal denies the buyer claim, cool. If they rule in favor of the buyer and enforcing a return, accept the return, at least you'll get the item back to resell.
And yes, it can disputed as a credit card chargeback or bank reversal if the buyer insists in getting a refund after losing the PayPal dispute.

But, who decides if it was?
"Items that were described accurately by the seller"
