Buyer opened a returns case, but only wanted a partial refund. There was an error with the refund, so I gave it out of pocket. Buyer is happy, but my money is frozen. I have all the messages including the buyer being satisfied. What is the quickest way to get my money unfrozen. It looks like the buyer opened a returns case in error and should have asked for a partial refund to begin with. No reason to believe I'm being scammed because the buyer doesn't have the money either, it's in PayPal limbo. Nothing in the resolution center seems to fit this issue.

Might be best to just ask buyer to cancel the return request since he is happy.
