Buyer opened a case for undelivered item, but she provided wrong address

The buyer opened a case becuase she did not receive the item. In her message, she says that "her account was hacked and the item was sent to the wrong address". She is asking that I either resend the item to my expenses or refund her.
Now, the item was sent promtly and it is marked as delivered at the front door. Chances are, I will never be returnd it (in any case, why would I pay for second shipment?)

If I do not receive the item back, she wants a refund, when she failed to provide the right shipping address.

Understand that she is saying that someone hacked into her account, and bought an item *that she wanted* but was delivered to her old address, because this kind hacker forgot to update it.
Why in the world should I pay a penny in this? The item was $9. Really.

You don’t need to refund the buyer. You will win an INR if she files one, just upload the tracking. If she files unauthorized use, all you need is proof of shipment. Her credit card or PayPal May refund her but they will eat the refund, it won’t come from you.
