I shipped the buyer the item they purchased with the address supplied by eBay. About 2 weeks later I get a message from the buyer that they have not received the item. Tracking stated the package was delivered. I messaged them and told them to check tracking and with their post office because it says package was delivered. Never heard from them again. About two weeks later I received the package stating "No such number, Unable to forward". I message the buyer telling them the package was returned and why. I asked them to give me a correct address to ship to. I have not heard from the buyer. Message asking if they still want the item. No answer. What should I do?

What I'd do is issue a refund minus shipping cost.
And move on.

That's a tough one. Part of me agrees with robbie31415 and refund them minus the shipping. I think (Not sure) you are still vulnerable to negative feedback so that makes me think twice. Would be interesting to hear what others think and/or do.

Thanks for your response.
The buyer finally responded and asked for a refund.
