Buyer is from UK, but wants item shipped to Atlanta, GA with free shipping

I am in US, buyer is in UK.  They would like to purchase my item, but have me ship to an Atlanta, GA, address.  Shipping in US is free, per my listing, but since she is purchasing from the UK how does she take advantage of the free shipping to Georgia?

The buyer can check out and enter the shipping address in Atlanta and pay for the item.

Buyers can have items shipped to a different address and some buyers do this because they are purchasing gifts or want to send the items to another person.

The buyer may need to add the US address to their account as their primary shipping address before checking out and paying.

Are you asking for the buyer? I would think if a buyer were aware of a reshipper (or whatever the circumstances), s/he would already be familiar with how to do it.

That being said, the buyer would go to My eBay > Account > Addresses > Primary shipping address. Those steps may differ for UK eBayers, but it's probably similar.

Only ship to an eBay registered or confirmed address. Make them add it before shipping

No, that's not correct. Before payment, a buyer can change their "ship to" address in eBay to anything they want--no "confirmation" required. And note that it needs to be changed before PAYMENT, not before shipping.
