Buyer input it wrong tracking number and it won’t let them correct it. WHY?

If you were the buyer and you had to send an item back from the seller and they provide you with a tracking you noticed the tracking is not correct how does one go and correct the missing letter or the missing tracking?

I noticed there wasn’t no way to correct tracking it accept it a wrong tracking number

Your saying the label you printed has a different tracking number than shown in your return case?  Keep a copy of the label you used in case there is an issue.   With shipping tracking you can't remove any numbers. You can only add more.

Confused... the seller provided you with tracking , but with no shipping label that shows that tracking number?

You can add the correct tracking number so return will have two tracking numbers in the system and as long as one shows delivered, you are covered.
