Buyer filing a "missing parts" return for a used item not having original box and instructions.

Sold a jewelry cleaner, very clean, fully functional. Very clear photos of the item and very clear listing. USED. Buyer files a return for missing parts :

"I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item was sent to me without an original box and without any paperwork or even a booklet on how to use the equipment item looks like it was taken out of the trash and sold. I am extremely disappointed; the seller needs to pay for me to return it to them and issue me a refund. How could someone think sell an item in this way?"

The item looks like new. This is a cheap item but I've had it with this **bleep**.  19 years and nearly 800 feedback at 100%.

Try and contact an Ebay CSR and explain that the buyer is claiming something missing that was never included in the listing.

Thanks, I did exactly that and their suggestion was to offer a partial refund.... (GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR).

I did, so we'll see what happens, it's such garbage.
