I have buyer claiming the item I sold them is not as described, but has admitted he since he sold the item and shipped to another buyer who requested a refund and he is now stuck with the item. I have talked to EBay and got excellent customer service. They have told me since he has admitted he has shipped the item after he received it that it voids his buyers protection. They did make it clear they added notes to the refund claim on their end, but I have to wait the three days to have them to make a ruling in my favor.
Any body had something like this happen to them?

Well no, not like that where buyer resold and then tried to open case and no longer had item. Your buyer was honest but not too smart. Go look at their listing. Maybe they did not describe it correctly but that is not your concern. Nothing to worry about. The case will be closed in your favor.

So that's Friday, or Monday? Beware when you call (or your reseller beats you to it) it'll escalate and force a return label: Make sure to clarify that that won't happen!
