Hi, please help!
The buyer bought an item, after recieving she asked for return, because of "Item doesn't mach the description" and I said yes for return. We exchanged small messages. She wanted refund, and I said ok, just send back my item. She explained how she understood my description and I couldn't believe her, but anyway, I just said: "retund my item , i will full return"! After that she don't replay. I send also shipping label with tracking number, but it ended sooner than the Ebay asked her for return. She didn't send the item. I also reminded that shipping label (Royal mail) will end. I wrote so many letters and said that i will full refund, I will pay the shipping also "just say how much", but there was no answer anymore. And then Ebay writes me that I have recieved the item and I have to refund, because buyer told that she is shipped it and ebay thinks that I got it! But I have not got anything ! And now, when I have new item sold, Paypal is saying that it holds the money for 21 days! I haven't done yet refund.
So it seems very unfair!!! Buyer asks return, just to cheat , she lies, I agree to return , she doesn't send the item and in result she keeps money and my item and Ebay helps to her! What can I do? Is there a lot of buyers like that? Does it makes sense for to trade on Ebay? As a seller I try to be very honest and precise in my descriptions and sending.
