Buyer's first communication said fork (in set of two) was damaged and that defect was delibertly hidden in photo and not mentioned in description. I immediately denied any intention to hide and immediately offered a full refund including shipping each way. Buyer continued, thru several emails, to make accuzations including it being a
"danger" to her child. I have stayed in communication with ebay, eventually blocked communication from this buyer and a return label & request was sent by eBay. The product was due yesterday and has not arrived. I've not had this happen before. Besides contacting ebay, is there anything else I should do? This is a little scarey.

You don't need to be afraid of this unreasonable buyer. It's simple, no returned item = no refund.
Add the buyer to your blocked list so they don't return.

Yes, it's irritating. People just don't read the entire scam. They usually stop at the first paragraph and say to themselves, ' I got this, this is so easy. ' Of course your buyer was expecting you to just refund in full and they would get to keep the cutlery. Hopefully she wont send anything back, and you can get the return tossed. Unfortunately she'll probably read the rest of the story and figure it out.
