Hi,
I'm probably overthinking this, but I sold a graphic novel to a buyer in America. (I live in Canada.) He selected economy shipping, which does not come with a tracking number, although I provide tracked shipping as another shipping method. The buyer's address was not recorded well on eBay, but that is not an issue so far.
The buyer sends me frequent messages for tracking information, and recently, proof of the ETA. I have responded to the buyer every time with a polite response informing the buyer that he did not pay for tracking. I assume the buyer is sending messages but not checking them, since the buyer does not indicate to have seen my response. Maybe the buyer sends the message, and then does not check eBay, and has the messages blocked by his e-mail filter? Regardless, I am foreseeing negative feedback or a claim in the future.
Is there anything that I should be doing in the meantime? I assume I am overthinking this, and I should probably just wait this out.
Thanks!

I would be ignoring all those messages.thats just me
proof of an ETA is listed on the page when it was purchased.it does not mean much at all because its an estimate
tell the book buyer to get back to you in 2 weeks

Sure, sounds like a plan.

The buyer asked a question and you responded, there is no need for them to respond so I wouldn't worry about it.

For anyone else, the buyer finally got my last message. The buyer is still worried about the ETA, but I'm otherwise OK. 😀
