I have a buyer who is not happy with her purchase and wants to return it. She actually purchased three separate items and wants to return them all. She offered to pay the return shipping. Fine. It was a quite heavy box of books, and cost me $5.87 to ship media rate. I'm perfectly happy to have her return them to me media rate, but I don't see a way to make this happen through ebay's return process. It will cost more than the sale price to ship them back priority! The only option ebay is offering is to purchase individual return labels for $18 each (WHAT??) or to purchase a return label somewhere else and upload it OR confirm I already sent a label. But the BUYER is paying return postage! What do I do?
Thanks for your help!

Your buyer started the wrong type of return request. The best option now is for your buyer to buy their own label at http://paypal.com/shipnow and to cancel each return request.
Then you'll refund when the books are delivered back to you. No defect because the cases were opened, resolved, and closed.
