As the title says, I have a buyer who received the item almost 3 months ago and is now claiming that he just opened the box and it is damaged, claiming item not as desribed.
I literally double check everything multiple times before I ship them so I know it wasn't broken when it was shipped. While it is possible that it was damaged during shipping, he never reported it and now it's way too late to file a shipping damage claim.
I know that ebay gives you 30 days to file a claim, but what's the best way to avoid a **bleep** claim with Paypal where the buyer tries to work the system?
Thanks

ALL PayPal.
Say you want to report a Fraudulent Return Request.
ASK PayPal to INVESTIGATE if BUYER has 'history' of this type of Claim.
I believe PayPal REQUIRES Buyer pay RETURN postage.
