Bulk shipping labels not updating

When I go to use bulk shipping several items are still showing up as not shipped. I have reported this 2 times and still no solution. I have to print labels for each item which slows my process down. I figured posting this issue might light a fire under someones butt?

Now the problem had spread to awaiting shipping.  This is very frustrating.

The bulk label printing has been running smoothly on my side. However, that doesn't mean there isn't a glitch out there. Even if you have to print one label at a time, keep shipping away! You don't want any late shipping defects.

Is this still an issue? I was just doing a search for this problem and two years later this thread came up. I just purchased bulk shipping labels but all the items I purchased labels for are still showing up in my "awaiting shipment" tab as though they haven't been labeled and shipped.
