I am so sick of this. The post office is so delighted to see me coming with 40 packages and no scan form. Every day when I do my shipping I pray before clicking on "generate scan form". I would say that it has not worked maybe 6 or 7 times in the past month. Really unacceptable.

Consider a free PirateShip account. It imports directly from ebay, uploads tracking, and has equal or better discounts, plus other rate options not available on ebay.

I would have to agree. Bulk shipping on eBay has become so frustrating. The scan sheet will not generate for us about once a week. We shipped about 100 packages yesterday and received the annoying message stating unable to generate scan form with that ridiculous image of a sad face. We have complained 4 times in the past month to customer service and they are clueless.

Have you tried requesting than scan sheet after 20 packages. Then continue packing after the 1st scan sheet and hopefully it will generate another scan sheet? Maybe 40 packages is too much for the system. 100 is definitely alot.

Does PirateShip have media mail options? I mainly sell media and I've heard some sites do not give that option.

Yes, PirateShip supports Media Mail by checking the box indicating the mail piece qualifies for it on the create label page.

Hello, I have had this problem since June, and I have called many times. They keep saying it will be fixed, but it never is. Pirateship is more expensive per package to ship via USPS, which is why I have not switched. I wish ebay actually cared about us sellers. Especially since I'm sure, they get a kickback from USPS.

PirateShip is generally equal or less expensive and does have other saving options not available on ebay. Only current exception is if you are a TRS and opted in for previously offered extra discounts, but those only apply to certain services.

Rfmtm, I signed up, and priority mail flat rate padded mailers were 15-30 cents more I ship a lot this way, so it would really add up for me that is why I have stuck with ebay for shipping, but I might have to change because this scan form issue might never get fixed.

@beautyexchange You need to check again. The Flat Rate Padded envelope is $8.30 on PirateShip and the same on both a regular and TRS ebay account, as well as PayPal shipping.

I just checked because I wanted to make sure Pirateship did not lower the rates since I checked last, and it is not 45 cents more for padded mailer service. eBay is $8.30, and pirateship is $8.75. That adds up to a lot of money when shipping over 500 packages a month.

@beautyexchange I just checked Pirate Ship it is $8.30 and has been for a long time, I use these padded envelopes myself all the time. Here is a screenshot direct from the Pirate Ship website. If you are seeing something else, there is something wrong.
