Can I do this and avoid charging buyer for second postage?

Yes you can.  You want to make sure that the same tracking # is on both items on your seller's sold section.

OK.  So I printed the label for the sale of one bra and I can easily add another to the box and still be under weight.  I see the tracking number on the USPS label.  Now I go to the sold section and just add that number?

You can combine the shipping, it is encouraged. It saves you time, saves the buyer money and you may end up having a repeat customer. Some customers look for sellers that state they combine shipping on multiple wins before bidding.  As a seller, I always combine shipping for cusomers and I have lots of repeat customers which is great for business. Sometimes they will even ask you if you can get them an item similar to what you already sell. I have had many buyers do this and I was able to get what they wanted or I had it in storage!

@maret-1105   Yes, you take the tracking number from the one Sold item and ADD it to the other one ... you can actually copy and paste it opposed to writing it down and retyping it ...

Yes.  The first item that you printed the label with...the USPS tracking# is automatically uploaded to that item in your sold section. (If you go and look, you will see that item's tracking # is already there).  Now the second item does not have any tracking #...there should be a place to add your tracking # to that item as well.

Is there anything different that I have to do before the buyer actually purchases this item so that she will not be charged?  Is there a way that she purchases the new item without agreeing to pay the postage?

If your buyer has not paid you for the items yet, you can send her an invoice combining the two items and discount the shipping from there.

The buyer has paid for the first one and is debating on buying more if she is not charged for the postage.  I am new to this and so I don't know how to send an invoice.  I just want to avoid having either of us pay additional postage.  And from my experience, when I purchase something , I am automatically charged for the shipping.  I want her to avoid this and also know how to better do this in the future.   So after she purchases more, she is charged but I am not, so I can just reimburse her?

If you don't have Immediate Payment Required on the listing, you can tell the buyer to make the purchase BUT DO NOT PAY.  Then you can go to the ORDERS > AWAITING PAYMENT, click the down-arrow, and select to SEND INVOICE and change the shipping amount.

As @disneyshopper has stated in the post above this...do you have your listings with or without Immediate Payment Required...do you know...

I think that you may have "immediate payment required" on in your listings (I think the default is on - you have to manually turn off the setting).  I just click onto one of your listings and hit the Buy it Now and it immediately took me to PayPal to pay for the item which tells me that the feature is on.  If you go into the listings and turn that feature off, your buyer can commit to purchasing the items and then request an invoice from you when they are through.

If you are unable to find the "immediate payment required" on your listings to turn it off, let me know and I will screenshot it for you to see.

When I went to "buy it now"  it just said, "A seller can not buy his own listing"

Yes, you are not allowed to purchase your own listing so eBay will throw that notification up and block your attempt at buying your own item (even though you are not really trying to do that).  But trust me, that is what happens when i hit the BIN button on your item.

I took a screenshot of where to look at when you go to revise your listings.  In the "selling details," you will see "require immediate payment with Buy it Now,"  usually that feature is on by default, you need to click that off and your buyers will not be taken immediately over to the PayPal screen as they are now.

OK.  So my page looks different because it is not an auction.  But when I look at the box that says, "require immediate payment" it is not checked.
