Bought a item from the US, havent received it yet

Hi there,

So i bought an item from america, i havent received it yet, the ebay tracker shows it hasnt been delivered yet (its at the posted to you stage)

But when i click the actual tracking link it diverts to the DHL website but it shows as delivered there, and also theres a hermes/evri link (UK postage service)  and it shows delivered there to

Should i wait abit more for the tracker on ebay itself to show as delivered or should i start invesgisting now? any help would be appreciated!

There is a technical error with the tracking status bar. Ignore that part of it.

That's what's important. Tracking confirms it was shipped from the eIS (eBay International Shipping) hub in the US and delivered to you by Evri on Jan 15th.

You need to contact Evri as it's now the 23rd and the longer you wait, the harder it will be to deal with Evri.

If it has not exceeded the delivery time shown on the listing and order when you made the purchase, there is nothing you can do.

If you babysit an Ebay International Shipment (EIS) you will only make yourself crazy.

What does the evri tracking show when you enter your postcode to see the full details?

Evri usually take a picture of the delivery.

So I had a look and there's no picture! I checked everywhere and there's nothing. Apparently they delivered it on the 15th at 8pm, I didn't even receive a email on that date saying your item is being delivered today (the one you normally get that says the timeslot etc). Any idea what I can do? I can try opening a claim but it won't go in my favour right? Because it says delivered, even though there's no picture (i know royal mail has GPS to where it was delivered, does evri have that? Because I can't find it)

Explain the situation to the seller, provide tracking information, and let them know you haven't received your package.

Okay so another update, i contacted Evri directly and told them that the parcel wasnt received despite it being marked as delivered, no proof of delivery picture on the website and no emails saying this will be delivered at this time etc
