Just got a package from Amazon truck that was purchased on eBay and delivered by a Prime truck but had a tracking number for a company called bluecare express.  I assume this is some method of drop shipping where you buy an item on eBay and Amazon handles the logistics?  Was really fast delivery.  Next day

Sounds like that was what it was. Ebay does have rules on just how you can drop ship. I have received many ebay purchases from the river.
