Twice now I have had items supposedly delivered by this courier, and on both occasions they have claimed to have handed the parcel to the resident, when I have not even been at home.
If you look at this company on Companies House, you will discover they are a husband and wife running this from their garage at their home address. Their website is completely unprofessional, with them not even knowing the difference between Enquiry and Inquiry, although the latter would be more appropriate.
