This is not a valid shipping method.  Also, there does not seem to be a standard way to report this to eBay.

I don't see anything sold on this account, so would guess this has to do with something you bought and maybe have not received? 

Transactions on eBay will show an arrive by date. If that date has passed and you have not received your item, open an item not received case. You have up to 30 days past the shown date to open the case. 

Might want to read the Money Back shown on the listings. 

If the item shows delivered, but you have not received it, more information would be needed for the people here (other buyers/sellers) to try and help because there are other suggestions that could be put forward.

Blue Care Express doesn't actually ship anything, it is just a service that converts Amazon delivery non-viewable tracking numbers to online viewable tracking numbers. This allows sellers that ship from Amazon to qualify for ebay seller protection, and allows buyers to track the item even if they did not buy it on Amazon.

A shipper for amazon, enriching a space phallus billionaire at the expense of small business and the environment. Also, one of their drug addled drivers tried to run me over in my own driveway. Twice. Complaints the the local Bluecare  office were not answered. Unprofessional and dangerous. Report these amazon shill sellers to ebay.
