BlueCare Express Is A Scam

I too have been had by this bogus delivery scam. I purchased a grille cover from matilstore. When I agreed to purchase the item the site said it would be delivered by USPS. After a few days I asked for a tracking #. I was provided with a number that took me to this BlueCare site. Never heard of them. My delivery instructions where are specific for ALL delivered goods to my home. 1st Floor Rear. It's out of site and I have a camera that records everything. Next thing I know the tracking says the item was delivered. Nothing at the back and no recording of a delivery.

The seller insists that the package was delivered because BlueCare said it was and there was nothing they could do? I've been purchasing from EBay for over 12 years. I've never had an issue like this.

Now I am forced to take this up with my credit card company. EBay should not let sellers use BlueCare, it's a bogus delivery service. I would steer clear of any seller that uses them. Matilstore provided false info when listing the item was to be delivered via USPS. I'd steer clear of these bums too.

I too was just ripped off by this scam. A simple google search shows just how bad this problem is. Ebay protects the scammers.

I have been scammed twice now by 2 different sellers on Ebay with bluecare express shipping. I've ordered 100s of things and never had a problem till the last 8 months. buyer beware, ebay won't help at all. do not buy from invest-25 or from dream-it. you will be scammed.

tracking late then updated to delivered in the mailroom with my city name and zipcode, but nothing showed up.

seller kept blaming my family or neighbor mess up my package, what a sick!

I just got to this site apparently a lot of people have been scammed I wanted a case of honey which I know I ordered directly from the company and I keep saying I don’t know how these people got involved but I’m out $130 I ordered it September 8 can’t get anybody on the phone they’re saying it was delivered they won’t tell me where it was supposedly delivered and I keep trying to contact eBay and tell him I got scammed and they’re telling me I have to wait till September 24 before they step in

I bought an item on EBay.   It said picked up by carrier Bluecare Express.  I was never able to track the package.  I never received it.  The seller told me it was delivered.  It was not delivered to my address.  I have had to contact EBay and I am patiently going through the process to try to get a refund.  I have bought many things on EBay and have never had an experience like this.  The seller will not even tell me from where the item was shipped.  Beware!

Were you able to get the hiney or a refund?  I did not get the item I ordered and have to wait until October 27 to go through the process to try to get a refund.  The seller would not tell me from where the item was shipped.  I love buying things from Ebay, but not this time.

Same thing just happened to me through Ebay.  I've already reported it and Ebay said I'm covered by their guarantee.  So, I guess I'll just get my money back.  I don't know what else to do.  I can't find a phone number for that company online.

me ha pasado el mismo tema con la misma empresa bluecare express eso es una completa estafa y eBay debe sancionar o eliminar ese tipo de vendedores, ahora mi dinero esta en juego porque eBay dirá que hay evidencia de entrega, debería investigar un poco mas y darse cuenta que es una estafa evidente!!!!

I to was just scammed by this fake company,  it says the package was delivered on December 7th and above that it says it was shipped on December 8th.  I will try to get Ebay to take care of this.  I'm sure after reading all the posts on here that they won't help so I will let my credit card company take care of it.  It's to bad for Ebay i have spent thousands of dollars on there but NOT anymore.  Just so you all know these scammers are on Amazon also

I guess I was also scammed by this same delivery company. I never received my item. The seller I complained to said they would investigate why I didn't receive my item. The tracking states that it was delivered to my address. It never came to my house and I have video cameras outside. But on Bluecare Express Tracking  it says "Package left in a safe place" Where ever that is I still couldn't find where the safe place is at. Just not at my address. The seller said they can't do anymore and I can not find a phone or email address to notify eBay. When I do go to turn it in to ebay and since its saying it was delivered then it sends me to the seller. No way to get eBay. So I just ordered the same item from another seller. I hope they have a different shipping company.  I can't believe all of these people on here complaining of this Bluecare Express and eBay wont do anything!!
