Blizzard and No travel advised throughout my region in South Dakota for most of last week. It was impossible to get packages to the post office or anywhere because of the storm. Have packages showing not uploaded on time because of it. What do I do about mother nature stopping me from getting to the shipping facility for the packages to get scanned? I'm sure others in the region are under the same dilemma.

When I know we are going to get ice or snow, I usually shut down before it hits so I don't have to worry about it.

When bad weather is forecast, you can:
!. Extend your handling time to 3 days (or more);
2. End your listings, then relist when the roads are passable again;
3. Put your listings on "Time away":

4. Pray that eBay recognizes your local situation and grants mercy on your performance standards. Their track record for this is very uneven. If they do anything, it will show up in Announcements, almost always after-the-fact when they can figure out who has been affected and for how long.
