Best service to choose for cheap and 25+ days shipping

I have got lots of products, which are being sold every day in relatively big amounts. I never had this problem before, but now I started getting messages from my customers, that they don't receive their items in time.

I am using a shipping service, which is very cheap and requires bulk shipments, and it also can take some time to deliver stuff to let's say Canada.

How can I set the delivery estimate to a greater value, let's say 27 business days, as India has it? I don't think that ebay can make these estimations correctly, and hurts me a bit, because people don't want to wait or read in the listing information related to that matter.

$1 of seeds and $1 shipping to halfway around the world? What's the point? Don't you have a better use of your time? With Ebay and Paypal fees I can't believe you are breaking even let alone making any profit, not to mention the costs of shipping supplies and trips to the post office.

Are you dropshipping? If so, is your dropshipper doing the mailing?

Or do you have all the listed items in your possession in "Enschede, Netherlands," and you're doing the mailing yourself? The "item location" in each of your listings says the item is in the Netherlands.

I'm curious as to how you get your items to be allowed into Canada since they have been know to quite strict on allowing biological material such as seeds into the country.
