I'm just frustrated. I've utilized both GSP and just shipping on my own but I'm still rated below average. How?! I ship in a timely manner. Am I supposed to control the speed of shipping?
I haven't found any info on what is used to judge in this situation. All I could find was that the item has to be scanned in within the time parameters. Nothing more than that.
I got a message saying that my level is below average in Global for a 3rd cycle. I don't do a lot of international shipping. What exactly are the criteria? There is no information on what exactly the problem is on my seller dashboard. I feel like I'm being graded on something I can't control.
What exactly can I do to bring my level up?
