Been trying to void a shipping label for two days... Not a newbie here

I know perfectly well how to void a shipping label on eBay.  Been at it for two days now.  Printed label at 9am, at 9:05am - tried to void it. No-go (see screenshot.)  Tried a couple of hours later. Nah.  Rebooted computer, empted cache, blah blah blah. No change.   Logged out/logged in to eBay - nope.  This label will not "void."  See screenshot.  I have done all of the "usual" fixes for computers having internet-related issues - no change.  I'm not a newbie on here either.  Have voided many a label over the years.  This one simply will not.  Anyone else seeing this (8/13-8/14/2018)

Tried three different browsers too.  No-Go.  Strangest thing I've ever seen.

Try changing the reason to, could not print the label.

  Already tried it.   And "Reason" has never affected it in the past anyway.  I tried to void a different one a few days later.  Same result.

I have been a seller for 15 years.  Been able to void labels with no issue.  It's on eBay Inc's end.  I mean the cost is slight. But still... something is definitely up.

And I would rather sandpaper my eyeballs than CALL eBay Customer Service (been there done that.)  The fact that Sellers are forced to CALL them is just.... ridiculous.

OK, just got off the phone with eBay Inc.  I always "voided" labels in the past by going to the "View Sales Record" portion of a sale on my Manage All Orders page.  From there I would scroll down to the Shipping Information section, see Void / Reprint next to said label, click Void, etc etc always worked fine until recently.  NOW, eBay Inc rep says to go to Manage All Orders screen, Orders, Shipping Labels, find said label, click More Actions on far right of screen, choose Void, done.  It worked. But the previous method of going through the Sales Record page is what's not working at this time.  For those of you possibly have this same problem.  This was the workaround. 

eBay Inc are aware of the issue and are working on it.
