BELOW STANDARD level

Hello

I got information that my account is below standard level because i got 3 case closed without seller resolution , (3 of 144 transaction) , the 2 first cases was from the same buyer 6 month ago, item was shipped in time but was late for delivery and buyer was overseas ( so UPS show failed delivered) buyer open full refund case and i refuse to give him refund so he contact ebay and they give him full refund , last week buyer received item but he complaint that item not work and he open return case , i accept this and i ask him to send me proof of shipping cost , but he not even answer for my message , i report this for ebay support and they answer me that they will contact him and i must wait for them answer , after 2 days i received email that this case is closed and they give full refund to buyer , i try to contact them again but of course they not even check , they this case is closed and we can't change our decision ,

buyer was scammer, my account is below standard only in US Market but GLOBAL Market is TOP RATED SELLER ,

Can someone help me to improve my seller status ??

First, I would suggest in the future that you use these boards to get help in navigating concerns with customers ... it is important that you provide customer service to the standard that eBay expects, even in cases where it seems unfair to you as a seller.  You do not ever want to get a seller defect ... you've gotten three.  That is bad in eBay's view (but, you probably already know this now).

Second, it looks like you are registered in Poland and drop-shipping from China.  You should expect to have shipping problems and quality problems with items from China, simply because you control neither the shipping nor the quality (you don't personally inspect the items).  So you need to build that into your expectations and finances as a seller ... my suggestion would be to simply refund any customer that has a problem.

Third, the only way to elevate your account is to sell more items and get satisfied customers so that the percentage of sales gets you above Below Standard (with 3 defects, it is going to take a lot of sales).  Some sellers will actually sell some cheap, high-sales-velocity item at a loss for a month just to get their sales volume up sufficiently.   For example, drop your McDodo Lightening cable to the very lowest price on eBay so that you sell a lot of these ... even use Promoted Listings to get it to the top of search.

Probably not.

Absolute best course of action is to dump that account and start a new one before you get kicked off ebay forever.
