They completely lost a package for me and could not even explain what happened. Ebay refused to help in any way. As a seller I would avoid using the system, just opt out. As a buyer I will never again accept a shipment from them as they can't deliver.
Warning: AVOID the GSP at all cost.

GSP is actually a pretty good system. No shipment will arrive 100% of the time ... packages get lost and stolen.
As a seller, if the package is lost, it is fully covered by Pitney Bowes and not the responsibility of the seller.
As a buyer, if the package is lost, it is fully refunded by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Soooooo ... I'm not sure what you experienced, but overall GSP performs well.

You need to contact a GSP specialist. Once your item gets to Kentucky you're off the hook for whatever happens to it.
