Available For Pick Up

Hello Everyone,  I should know the answer to this question.  But I'm not 100% sure.  The tracking number of a recent sale of mine has been on "available for pick up" at my buyers P.O. for some time now.  Messaged my buyer once about this early-on.  No Joy.  Does eBay consider this as delivered?  Hoping there is no I.N.R. case in my future.  Hope everyone is well!  Thank You In Advance For Any Input.  (J.B.)

I would not worry about it until the buyer contacts me.

Dont poke the bear.

The buyer may have picked it up and the PO didnt scan it.

Yes it counts as delivered @jbbowers12012 . If an INR is filed you're covered.
