It's been several months since this has been implemented. Does anyone have any experience with adjustments in regards to being credited or debited for over or underweight packages?

Can you provide more info, have not heard of this. Is your PP account being debited or credited for package weight fluctuating?

I have seen no postage verification credits. (I don't under post)
Mine would only possibly be an ounce or two on 1st Class.
They would likely not credit that anyway.

I haven't received any credits (or charges for underpaid postage) but some sellers on one of my venues have gotten caught undercharging under this new verification system and they were notified when they attempted to print postage through PayPal-they were not allowed to buy postage through PayPal until they paid what they owed.

Yes, that's how it's supposed to work, at least theoretically.

I was in the middle of a bunch of shipments and apparently momentarily distracted I inadvertently marked a 2 pound package as first class mail 8 ounces. Obviously that was a mistake. Mea Culpa.
A week or so later I received an email from eBay charging me an additional postage fee for the error. So obviously someone is paying attention.

Interesting indeed . . . I look at the debit/credit billing as I told my sister when they raised the taxes on her home. The City valued her home at over 440k (which was untrue) and she had to pay. The City promised the homeowners that they would "credit/refund" the difference, and they never did. I told her that they would not refund the difference and she fell on hard times. She (or I should my her daughter) ended up losing the home 😞
I do not really see USPS crediting the difference to anyone 😞

Wow that's horrible! Were the higher taxes part of the reason she lost the house? I'm in CA and the county sets our property taxes, ours went up almost $1000 in 2017! They are due in April and December and making a $3000 payment twice a year sucks so bad. I wish we had an impound account. I imagine so many people can't afford the property taxes here, they are so high!
