I sold a trading card and the authenticator failed the authentication. It was a very small blemish but they gave the buyer the option of returning the card, which they opted to do. They sent the card back to me USPS but the post office sent it back for insufficient address. I double checked and it is correct on both my profile and original shipping label. They said they are going to send it to me again once they receive it back. It's a $700 card and I'm just wondering, at what point do I ask eBay to pay me for the card? Because they have not communicated with me at all through the entire process and I'm losing faith that I am going to get my card back.

You should copy the body of this topic and post it on the Selling board. This is not necessarily a shipping issue it is a selling one. I would title the topic " Card Authentication failed, returned item was sent back by USPS due to Insufficient address".
What I would do is to print out the return message page that gave you the tracking number, and a copy of the shipping label addressed to the authenticator, which should have your return address on it. Take them to the P.O.. Ask the clerk to check the address on the return (from authenticator) shipping label as well as its return address, to see if it matches the authenticator's address which was on your original shipping label. If there is any mismatched info, let us know.
