At what point in the buying process do I select the shipping method?

When I click "see details" on the shipping for the item that I'm planning to purchase, I see the following 2 lines:

US 17.25    Expedited    US Priority Mail

US 13.74    Standard       Fed Ex Ground

The default is $17.25 and I want to choose the $13.74 option. At what point exactly do I select the $13.74 option? Is it somewhere in the checkout process? Many thanks to someone who knows and shares this info!

Yes, it's in the checkout page.

Thank you much! I wonder how many Ebayers know that you can/should click on "see details" to see if the seller offered more shipping options? I'm sure most assume that the posted shipping price is the only option and not merely a default option. I'm an active Ebayer over 18 years, and I sure didn't know that! Thanks again.
