Hello All,

I would like to ask you two questions:

1. How eBay check the product before shipping?

2. what if the product goes to the wrong destination what happened?

1. eBay doesn't check the products. You are not buying from eBay You are buying from individual sellers from around the world.

2. If you don't receive your item, you can file an Item Not Received (INR) claim with eBay, to recover your payment.

Re 1. How eBay check the product before shipping?

eBay do not ship the item to you.

Seller ships the item and seller is responsible for making sure that item meets description as shown on listing.

Re 2. what if the product goes to the wrong destination what happened?

Product can not go to wrong destinations.

Seller is responsible for making sure that package is a labelled/ addressed as per details shown on order.

You are based in Rwanda and you will know better than anyone else how your local postal service operates and or their reliability and sellers may or may not be prepared to ship to your country.

To avoid possible problems I would strongly recommend that you use services of a freight forwarded who operates overseas and in your country .

the seller was providing me maybe the wrong tracking number when I tracked it I found it is delivered to the wrong Destination and when I tried to contact the seller never replied Advice me?
