Asked for refund - seller does not respond

Hi!

 

I recently bought a product, but I got a better price and asked for a refund after paying it, but the seller never answered any of my messages. 

 

Is there a way to get a refund of what I paid?

When did you purchase the item?  When did you email the seller?  Some sellers do take the weekend off.  I don't know if that is important to your stituation, but sellers aren't require to be here 7 days a week.  So they may have just been off enjoying a few hours off.

 

You did however enter into a purchase with this seller and just because you found a better price elsewhere, the seller here is not obligated to cancel your purchase.  Besides the seller may not be able to do that anyway.  

 

I sincerely hope you don't blame your seller and leave bad feedback for them as they really haven't done anything wrong.  I do however hope this turns out well for you and your seller.

I emailed him a week ago, and bought the product about 6 days ago.

 

(I will not leave bad feedback, because it may just be bad timing and I don’t wanna ruin his reputation)

Well I would hope not!

 

You could have done more research before buying and found the cheaper one. Instead you bought from that seller.

 

Even asking for a refund because of it is self entitled jerk behavior

Have you looked at your items purchased to see if it has shipped?

 

A week is too long.  Unless your seller has noted on their store they are on vacation, they should have responded.

 

If you sent just one email, it may have accidentally been overlooked.  But seeing as it is a week later, chances are pretty good you should be receiving it any day.

Send another polite email to your seller and ask them for a status.
