I need some help. Someone is interested in buying several things from me and wants to have them shipped in a single box

The buyer states he cannot request an invoice and I don’t know how to make that work

Go to  your Shipping Preferences > Allow combined payments and shipping> and set up your combined payments, flat shipping rule, calculated shipping rules, and promotional shipping rules.   

You can also set up different shipping policies in your business policies if you want to set up rate tables ( based on buyer location) and any type of international shipping if applicable

Has he buyer tried putting the items in the cart and then requesting a total? The request total is only available on a computer, not on the app.  You need to have set up 'allow combined shipping' in your preferences and cannot have immediate payment required on your listings as the request total will not work otherwise.  There are also times when it just doesn't work and there is no way for you to send an invoice until the buyer has requested a total.

If the request total doesn't work, you  can put all of the items in one listing or tell your buyer that you will give them a partial shipping refund once they have paid.
