Arrived broken items

I recently bought a item that arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and came to a agreement. I've not received the agreed return that we agreed on. Now he is stateing that what has happened could not have happened  because he claims the box was packed tight. In fact he was not even there when this had all taken place because he was out on business, he told me that he would have his Secretary take care of it for him, I've all the texts on this sale, along with the box item was sent in. Here is a brief description. I bought a crossbow with (6) arrows. They packed it in a 10"X24"X24" box, with no center support for protection, with plenty of place for movement in the box. (2) arrows were broken, they were in the quiver. I sent seller a pic of the broken items, I contacted him again on the matter, now he is not following up with our agreement. He told me to report it to ebay, and let them take care of the problem. Now think of the packed box, 10"X24"X24", with no center support, a size that anyone would use as a stock on box,  with no ctr support in the middle, anything put on that 24"X24" surface will collapse the ctr of that box damaging whatever is in it, depending on the weight of what box used...Right ? Common Sence....Any help on this would be, Greaty, Appreciated....

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
