Arrived broken, but I don't want to return it

I ordered an assembled styrene model kit recently, when it arrived it was bent and broken into parts due to the seller using an oversized box with insufficient packing and no fragile stamps. Although it's a hassle, I can repair the damage. I want a partial refund but the seller has ignored my messages. It also seems if I open a dispute, I will have to return the item. What can I do, besides leave nasty feedback?

Its up to the seller if he wants it returned or not. If he does, he has to provide a return label, and you wont be refunded until you return it.

File 'Item not as described' to get the seller's attention. Go from there. If they don't respond, you have to make a decision, return the item or keeping it without a partial refund. Add photos when filing a case.
