Aquiline tracking number ????

Been with Ebay as a buyer for 20+ years ..... made 2 purchases today and received a Aquiline tracking number on both (first time receiving this info) .... so I searched the net on this Aquiline service and I,m not happy with what I have read in the reviews !!!  I sure hope that Ebay stays on top of this , I have no idea what carrier is delivering these items to my door . For 20 years a tracking number has always been attached to a common carrier, USPS, FedEx, Ups , etc.  Anyone out there got some input on this ???

I have just received a message that my it item has been delivered by Aquiline but it hasn't arrived. Unable to request refund but have contacted seller.  Feeling very suspicious.  ...

I just purchased an item from a seller that wound up using Aquiline, and it has been a nightmare. "Tracking" information is obviously fraudulent - gives no locations, etc. Seller keeps insisting it will arrive even though now the status says "delivered" with no specifics and no item. Aquiline should be removed from Ebay shipper options. I do not know why Ebay keeps letting them operate on here with so many complaints about them. Had I known seller would use a strange shipping company, I never would have purchased. Now hassling to get a return with very little help from Ebay. Argh....

I just had the same experience with Aquiline. Very sketchy "tracking" information with no locations ever listed. Now it says item delivered with no location, etc. and seller is not giving me a refund. What a mess! I do not know why Ebay continues to allow Aquiline to be utilized.
