I sold an iPhone X. The buyer received it on 14-Nov and 12 days later he requested to return it, saying he wasn't satisfied with the microphone's voice quality. I agreed to the return on 27-Nov, the day after he requested it, saying I would refund the money after receiving the iPhone and ensuring it was in the same state as when I shipped it to him. It's now been two weeks since I last heard from the buyer and he's been in possession of the phone for 27 days. After the 30 day mark, can I deny the return request?

Buyers have a 30 day window to begin a return case. There isn't anything for you to do at this point. If buyer did open a return case then you simply follow the timeline and procedures for that but it sounds like no case was actually opened. If buyer passes the 30 day window without opening a case then you are fine as far as eBay is concerned, you don't need to do a thing. If your buyer paid you via PayPal, then they have 180 days to open a return case.
I would highly suggest you stop all communication with your buyer. Don't poke the bear. Perhaps they forgot or have changed their mind. The last thing you want to do is instigate a return case when the time is almost over. Stay quiet and think positive that this will go away. Best of luck to you....

Just a little more information. "I don't like it" is a Remorse return request, and you don't need to accept it since you have a no return policy. However, if they open a NAD or damaged item case, your no return policy goes out the window. Then you must send him a return label and refund within 3 days of receiving the item back. Now there is a time limit on how long the buyer has to ship the item to you, I think it's either 15 or 21 days. So as @lamber9347 said, don't do anything until if/when the buyer files a case.
