Could someone assist please...as I cannot manage to speak to an individual on the phone.
I received a note from eBay a few days ago that my Top Rated Seller rating had dropped to Aboe Average because tracking was not updated in a timely manner.
One item I sold, I purchased a label, then realized the individual lived in my neighborhood. I offered to and did hand deliver the item. I cancelled the shipping label and made a note on the item that it had shipped via hand delivery.
The second item was an item I sold, eBay contacted me that I was not permitted to sell that item on their site. I refunded the buyer, and cancelled the shipping label. I considered mailing it since I had already sold it but since it was an old Christmas ornament that contained a potentially hazardous liquid, I did not ship it but instead cancelled the sale and refunded the buyer.
