Anyone using a Dymo 4XL and Internet Explorer 11 with Win 10?

I go to print and IE closes.  If I use Firefox, something else weird happens.  The only browser I can use is Chrome.  It displays the label as a PDF and it prints fine....for USPS.  Fed Ex labels print tiny.  I just use my laser printer for those.

Chrome and Firefox both work the best with eBay shipping and the 4XL.  However, you have to make sure the browser is set to open the PDF label preview with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Make sure you also have set the eBay Printer and Receipts Preferences to the Zebra 2844 4x6 format, which is compatible with the 4XL, and the 4XL's Printer Preferences page size to the proper label template.

Once the Adobe preview is open, check that Size is set to Actual, Orientation to Auto, and the Target Printer is set to the 4XL.

For FedEx labels, even though you have the eBay Shipping preferences set for the 4x6 thermal printer format, it outputs for a laser sheet.  However, you should be able to make adjustments in the Adobe preview, which will allow it to print to the 4XL.  Note, you may want to also reduce the page margins to .1".  Do this from the browser's page setup before you print.
