I selected Small Flat Rate Box, showed the correct price, so bought the label.
Went to print the label and it was for a Flat Rate Envelope and was charged for a Flat Rate Envelope.
Lucky I had a flat rate envelope so it worked out OK and was even a little cheaper.
Just glad I noticed before I stuck it on a small flat rate box.

I haven't been able to print out any shipping labels through ebay or PayPal at all. I just get an error message from both. Has something changed? It's a real drag having to go to the post office to ship and pay more. I met another ebay seller at the P.O. doing the same for the same reason - can no longer print out on-line labels. We have both been with ebay and PayPal for years. Anybody know why this is happening? Thanks!

I had to update my Adobe Acrobat Reader to print from the new label system.
Try updating your PDF reader and see if that helps?

I had the old shipping label version come up for a little while and then it went away! Although I could still print the labels with no problem. I want the old version back! I hate measuring everything!

I have zero problems printing correct labels using the new eBay label Flow, the classic eBay label flow, or PayPal labels. (printed two using the classic flow earlier today just fine.)
I don't have any problems printing the labels, but never given the wrong one before.
Bought a small flat rate box label and was given a label for a flat rate envelope.

If I am using an account that is not Top Rated I use pirateship. This skips eBay's error prone system and I get get $100 insurance instead of $50 and cubic pricing with commercial pricing.
If I am using a Top Rated account and shipping 1st Class, Media Mail or Parcel Select I use pirateship to skip eBay's error prone system and obtain $100 insurance, commercial & cubic pricing.
If I am using a Top Rated account and shipping Priority Mail I use eBay to get the 3% discount. I have noticed an perhaps some interesting patterns over time:
It makes one wonder what type of primates they are using to prove the "Infinite monkey theorem".

I don't like the new format either as I use first class mail for many of my smaller items that I put in poly shipping bags both padded and un-padded. I never had to provide measurements for First Class Parcels before.
