The past two weeks I have had two customers with large delays in getting thier items which have gone through the USPS Jackson MS distribution center. I have never had packages take this long. One was shipped on Dec 18th and finally arrived two days ago, but that was after I had to call USPS 5 days prior to investigate. Not sure if the investigation showed and issue or not but I checked tracking and finally saw the package had arrived in customers city. I thought it was just a one time random thing, but then a couple days ago another customer whose package was shipped on the 28th of Dec(went through Jackson as well) had not received thier package. I know about New years but tracking is showing their has been no movement since the 3rd. Anyone expereincing USPS transit time issues like I am?
