Yep. Worst possible time for it if you live out east. Hopefully it clears up soon.

I used Pirate as a workaround but I cant add tracking number to ebay orders either.

Some users experienced this error for approx 1 hour this afternoon, but I'm seeing on my account the issue has since been resolved. If you were impacted earlier, try again.

I was getting this in the afternoon as well.  Buying the label via the ebay app (my phone) was a successful workaround for me.
